Rapid mobilisation. Security continuity maintained.
THE ASSIGNMENT
Securing a site through a critical transition.
When the main contractor entered administration, Servis was brought in at short notice to establish a professional security presence at this major West London residential development.
- Short-notice mobilisation
Security during a project transition. - Officers and K9 support
A coordinated site presence. - Continuity of coverage
Protection while arrangements changed.
The change in delivery arrangements created an immediate security gap. An exposed construction site needed protection against unauthorised access, theft, vandalism and damage while the project team established its next steps.
How the service works.
01
A coordinated mobilisation
Servis mobilised SIA-licensed security officers and specialist K9 support. The service combined visible deterrence, perimeter protection and controlled access, with coverage adapted as handover requirements evolved.
The assignment focused on maintaining a controlled site environment through a period of uncertainty, giving the project team a consistent security presence while new delivery arrangements were put in place.
02
Continuity through a critical period
Security coverage was maintained through the transition. The project team retained a professional site presence as the new delivery structure developed.
