Confidence from
the first conversation.

Whether you are appointing a provider for the first time, changing an existing contract or adding locations, the details matter. Our approach starts with the way your site operates and the service you need.

The scope, programme and working arrangements are agreed for your contract. These four stages explain how we approach preparation and ongoing delivery.

01 / Understand

Discuss the premises, current arrangements, risks, service standards and intended start date. Identify the information and evidence needed to prepare the proposal.

02 / Prepare

Agree responsibilities, staffing, site instructions, access and induction. Set out the key contacts, reporting arrangements and readiness actions before delivery begins.

03 / Deliver

Brief the team for the agreed assignment. Supervision, site coordination and dedicated account management support the start of the service.

04 / Review

Use agreed inspections, reporting and service reviews to assess delivery, address concerns and respond as requirements change.

People and responsibilities

Agree who needs to be involved from your organisation, the outgoing provider where applicable and Servis. Identify workforce considerations, induction requirements and who owns each action.

Site readiness

Confirm access permissions, working areas, keys or passes, suitable equipment and any local restrictions. Security duties and cleaning specifications must reflect the conditions on site.

Communication and reporting

Define day-to-day contacts, incident escalation and the information required for service reviews. Agree how changes to the scope or site instructions will be raised.

Accountability
after day one.

A clear account relationship

Dedicated account management gives your team a route for reviewing the contract, discussing priorities and raising concerns.

Evidence for service reviews

Reporting should reflect the service appointed. Security reviews can draw on patrol and incident records; cleaning reviews can use the task schedule, inspections and site feedback.

A service that can adapt

New locations, changes in occupancy and different working hours can affect delivery. Discuss these with the account team so that instructions, coverage and responsibilities can be reviewed.

Discuss your transition →

One site or several locations. A single service or a combined contract. Tell us which services you need, where your premises are located and when you would like support to begin. We’ll discuss the requirements with you and agree the next steps.
