Construction security & cleaning

Site protection and presentation, from project mobilisation to handover.

  • WHY SERVIS

    Support as the project changes

A construction site’s requirements evolve with access routes, contractors, programme milestones and occupancy. Servis plans security and cleaning around the current phase of work, reviewing the agreed scope as the project moves forward.

    • 01

      Control site access

Guarding and, where appropriate, K9 support around your project boundaries.

    • 02

      Prepare spaces for use

Cleaning for agreed welfare areas, project spaces and handovers.

    • 03

      Adapt as work progresses

Services reviewed around changing phases, access and completion dates.

  • CLIENT STORY / 100 KENSINGTON

    A coordinated presence through transition.

How we support your sector.

  1. 01

    Cleaning through construction and commissioning

At Shotton Mill, our team of 40+ cleaning operatives supports a major industrial redevelopment through construction, installation and commissioning. On-site management coordinates cleaning around live works, access restrictions and changing project priorities.

Read the Shotton Mill cleaning client story.

  2. 02

    Site access and perimeter protection

Security officers can support gatehouse activity, contractor and visitor access and agreed patrols. Where appropriate, K9 support adds a visible deterrent. Duties, reporting and incident escalation are set out in site instructions.

  3. 03

    Welfare and handover cleaning

Cleaning can cover agreed welfare areas and project spaces, including builders’ and post-construction cleans. Access, site conditions and completion dates inform the programme so that cleaning supports the handover process.

Ready for the next phase.

  1. 01

    Changing boundaries

Review entry points, contractor access, perimeter routes and incident contacts as the site changes. Guarding and suitable K9 deployments need to follow the current working layout.

  2. 02

    Practical completion

Coordinate builders’ cleans, welfare areas and handover tasks with the project team. Agree access, areas released for cleaning and the standards required for the next stage.
