Brama Hotel
Security that supports the guest experience.
THE ASSIGNMENT
A professional presence, from arrival to overnight support.
At Brama Hotel, Servis combines a discreet security presence with practical guest support, working alongside the hotel team in the restored Grade II listed Bromley Old Town Hall.

A boutique hospitality setting. - Front of house
Security and practical guest support. - Overnight presence
Continuity beyond front desk hours.
Brama is a 23-room boutique hotel. Its security service needs to support a welcoming environment while maintaining oversight of the entrance, reception and guest access. Servis personnel work alongside the hotel team, helping the security operation fit naturally into the guest experience.
How the service works.
01
A professional welcome and controlled access
- Arrivals and departures. Uniformed personnel greet guests and support movement through the hotel entrance and reception.
- Guest assistance. The team helps with directions, local information, luggage and enquiries while maintaining awareness of visitors and activity around the property.
- Discreet access checks. A measured approach to entry control balances the hotel's security requirements with its hospitality setting.
02
Support beyond front desk hours
Outside the hotel's 8am–8pm front desk hours, overnight support provides a visible presence and responds to guest requests and incidents. Issues are escalated or emergency services contacted when required.
03
The operational priority
The service brings security and guest support together around the needs of the property. Its focus is a calm, professional presence, responsive assistance and continuity beyond daytime reception hours.
