Security proposals reflect the hours of cover, duties, staffing and supervision required. Cleaning proposals also account for floor areas, use of the building, task frequencies and specialist equipment. Share your specification so we can assess the actual work involved.
Can one agreement cover several sites?
We can discuss a coordinated contract for premises in the North West and other UK regions. Each site keeps its own instructions, working hours and named contacts, with reporting and account management agreed across the portfolio. Delivery arrangements are confirmed during the proposal process.
