Services for your site
Servis delivers security and workplace services around the practical requirements of East Midlands premises. Security guarding and commercial cleaning can be appointed separately or coordinated through a single account relationship.
For warehouse and distribution operations, preparation starts with arrival procedures, vehicle movements, pedestrian routes and the pattern of shifts. The security brief sets out access checks, patrol duties, reporting and escalation contacts. Cleaning windows must account for the areas in use and the tasks that can be completed safely within the agreed scope.
Offices, welfare areas and managed buildings may need different cleaning frequencies and access arrangements from operational spaces. Where project or industrial cleaning is required, we define that work separately from routine workplace cleaning.

What determines the cost?
Security proposals reflect the hours of cover, duties, staffing and supervision required. Cleaning proposals also account for floor areas, use of the building, task frequencies and specialist equipment. Share your specification so we can assess the actual work involved.
Can one agreement cover several sites?
We can discuss a coordinated contract for premises in the East Midlands and other UK regions. Each site keeps its own instructions, working hours and named contacts, with reporting and account management agreed across the portfolio. Delivery arrangements are confirmed during the proposal process.
