Servis provides security and workplace services for organisations with premises in the East of England. The contract is built around the location, people using the site, working hours and responsibilities you need the team to fulfil.
Distribution and commercial sites can have changing delivery patterns, multiple entrances and periods with fewer staff present. A clear brief identifies gatehouse duties, visitor procedures, patrol priorities and the contacts responsible for decisions outside normal working hours.
Commercial cleaning can be planned around occupied offices, shared facilities and agreed periodic tasks. Where the requirement involves warehouses, project works or commissioning, we assess the industrial cleaning scope separately so access, supervision and restricted tasks are clear.

We can discuss a coordinated contract for premises in the East of England and other UK regions. Each site keeps its own instructions, working hours and named contacts, with reporting and account management agreed across the portfolio. Delivery arrangements are confirmed during the proposal process.
