Ammar Alshanti
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ammar Alshanti is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Servis Group, with close to two decades of executive, commercial and project leadership experience across security, facilities management and international business.
Since founding Servis in 2018, Ammar has led its development into a national security and facilities-management business supporting public and private-sector clients operating in complex, critical and highly sensitive environments.
An experienced entrepreneur, he has a proven background in establishing, scaling and successfully exiting companies. His wider career includes leading complex projects across the United Kingdom, Europe, Central Africa and Asia, spanning international procurement, manufacturing, supply-chain operations and investment programmes.
Ammar is responsible for the Group’s strategy, commercial performance and operational direction. His leadership combines strategic ambition with operational discipline, strong governance and an uncompromising commitment to service quality.
He holds a BSc from Leeds University.
