Yusra Shah
HR Advisor
Yusra Shah is HR Advisor at Servis Group, with experience across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, administration and leadership support.
She works with managers and colleagues on recruitment, onboarding, HR policies and procedures, employee documentation and workforce compliance. Her specialist experience includes BS7858 security screening and vetting.
Yusra has contributed to the development of Servis’s HR practices, supporting a consistent approach as the business grows. Her work is guided by professionalism, confidentiality, organisation and effective communication.
She holds two Master’s degrees, including her most recent from SOAS University of London, and is currently working towards CIPD Level 5.
