Ventsislav Valev
Operations Manager
Ventsislav Valev is Operations Manager at Servis Group, with extensive experience in security operations, facilities management and the delivery of complex security services across the UK.
He oversees day-to-day service delivery, including workforce management, client relationships, contract mobilisation, risk management, site audits and incident management. He works with clients and operational teams to maintain safe, efficient services aligned with contractual and industry standards.
Ventsislav has helped develop Servis’s operational systems and processes, including workforce accountability, patrol monitoring, reporting, training, and site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
He holds a Master’s degree and combines a hands-on approach with a strong focus on accountability, service quality and continuous improvement.
